Assessment privacy notice
Your employer uses AbilityProof to collect practical workplace skills evidence. Your name, contact information, code, simulated task actions, results, and elapsed time are saved for your employer’s authorized reviewers.
Screen recording
If your company requests recording, you will see its requirement before starting. Recording begins only when you choose to share through your browser. Select the assessment tab and close unrelated sensitive content. Audio and camera access are not requested. You may stop sharing at any time; required-recording assessments pause until you resume or arrange an accommodation.
Who sees your information
Your company’s authorized administrators and reviewers can view its assessment reports and recordings. AbilityProof’s owner can administer the service and resolve support issues. Certificate verification links show your name, company, issue date, certificate ID and the assessment standard. They do not reveal your email, task details, or recording.
Retention and requests
Your company’s recording retention period appears before you consent. Records are kept to support assessment review, account administration, and billing. Contact your company or use Help to request access, correction, deletion, or an alternative assessment arrangement. Do not submit real customer data into the simulation.
Assessment conditions
The simulation has no time limit. Elapsed time includes breaks and does not affect scores. Identity is self-reported; the service does not independently verify identity. Results support human review and do not automatically determine employment.
